Private/Semi-private Group Classes
Take your practice to the next level. Get specific feedback and coaching to develop a powerful and flexible asana practice. Melissa can provide the guidance you need to rapidly accelerate your personal breathwork, inversions, or meditation practice. Learning happens so much faster in a one-on-one setting.
Melissa can teach a class at your workplace or home that honors and serves your people. Offer a gentle restorative class to nourish and honor your employees. Connect and laugh with your best buddies through a playful partner yoga class. Through movement, Melissa can delight and engage any group.

Pricing
Studio classes range in price; please visit the studio site directly.
Private/semi-private group classes range in price from $90-$120/hour.
Teacher Training Modules range in price from $100/hour (minimum two hours with a minimum of four people) to $400-$500/per participant for a full weekend training (e.g. Yin, Restorative).
