As a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider, Melissa is knowledgeable and equipped to instruct or assist with YTT modules. Melissa specializes in the cues of asana, restorative, yin, beginners, using with props, partner yoga, hands-on asana assists/adjustments, mudras, mantras, pranayama practices, as well as in-depth exploration of inversions, arm balances, and backbends.
